Emails sent to investors from the platform can be divided based on when and how they are sent:
- Operational Emails
- Short emails triggered when the user takes specific action within the platform

Verify Your Email A user signs up, and email verification is enabled Password Reset A user clicks Forgot Password E-Sign Document Requires Signature A user has a pending document to sign or countersign Transaction Created A user completes the investment process Transaction Approved A user's transaction is approved by a platform administrator Payment Received An electronic payment has been cleared/received by integration partner, such as North Capital, Strip, etc.
- Automated Emails
- Email sequences that the platform administrator can create

- Manual Emails
- Emails from or to an admin that are manually triggered such as:
- Secure Invite Link: email created to invite a user directly into the platform, which can direct the user to a specific offer page, tab, or update
- Contact Us: emails sent from investors to the platform administrator and/or issuer
- Emails from or to an admin that are manually triggered such as:
#confirmations, receipts, notices, generated, by whom
