What is the WealthBlock Distribution Network?

It is a network of interconnected platforms powered by WB technology.  Platforms within the Distribution Network can choose to cross-list offers with a mutual agreement.

Within the Distribution Network, you can:

• List your platform
• Connect with other platforms
• List your offer
• Choose to display an offer belonging to another platform

Is there an added cost to use the Distribution Network?

You pay a monthly subscription fee for your own platform. When you choose to list your offer on the Distribution Network, you pay commission on capital raised from the network.

NOTE: Commission will be negotiated with the Distribution Network Operator, a licensed broker-dealer.

If my deal is listed on another platform, can I interact with investors from that platform?

You are not able to interact with investors associated with other platforms in the Distribution Network.  

By default, all investor analytics are anonymous.  If you require additional information investor information, you can reach out to other platforms to discuss the possibility of obtaining more detail.

If I add an offer from another portal via the distribution network, which platform's color scheme/branding will this offer have?

The offers will have the theme of the platform they are listed on (so the branding is consistent on the listing platform).

For example, Platform A with a red theme posts an offer. When the offer is listed on Platform B with a gold theme, the offer will have the same gold theme as Platform B.

If one of my investors invests in an offer I am hosting from another portal, does the investor get transferred over to the "original issuer" portal to complete the transaction?

No, investors will stay on your platform to complete the investment flow.  Your investors are facing your platform only.  Changes to the investment flow are not allowed to be made by the hosting platform.  

The originating platform will have access to investor information only once a transaction is made.  All data will be anonymized and replaced with the your platform name.
