How do I set up an offer/campaign just to collect interest, not payment? (Test The Waters, TTW, Commitment Only)

It is possible to add offers to collect interest from investors, without requiring any payments.  This can be done by adjusting the Investor Flow and updating the text / labels displayed.

To do so: 

1. Select Offers from the left menu
2. Click into the offer you would like to edit, or click Add Offer
3. Choose Investor Flow on the left
4. Remove all existing steps by clicking the X
5. Click Add an Investment Step
6. Select Commitment Only from the list
   
   
   
7. Click Call to Actions Buttons
8. Add a title to the Invest Button Text field
   • This can be changed to Express Interest, or something similar
9. If you need a third button, you can use the Alternate Notification Button field
   
   
   
10. Click Save Changes

With this configuration, you will:

• Collect interest from potential investors without collecting payments/processing investments
• Record "commitment" transactions to gauge the total interest amount in your offer
• If using the Alternate Notification Button, in the CRM you can also filter for people who have clicked the button
• Receive an email notification every time someone clicks the button
