Send Reg CF Education Materials - Rule 302(b) (Email Links, Send Investors Information)

To satisfy Rule 302(a)(2) and 302(b), links to your Education Materials must be sent to new users who sign up to use your platform.

You can go to any crowdfunding site to find educational materials.  Here is an example from one of our clients:

How to send investors links to your Education Materials:

1. Select Engagement from the left menu

2. Click Email

3. Choose Platform Emails

4. Click Account

5. Select New Sign Up

6. Edit the text of the email sent to new users, and include your links
