We will be reviewing how to enable DocuSign for your platform. Please note that the WB platform defaults to Hellosign and is available out of the box.
DOCUSIGN integration requires the API Pricing Plan with Embedded Signing.
Platform Setup
Navigate to Platform > Settings> Integrations
Enable the DocuSign toggle
Log in to your DocuSign Account >Settings > Integrations : Apps and Keys
In DocuSign Copy your API Username and API Account ID and Paste it into Wealthblock
In DocuSign select ‘Add App and Integration Key’ button- Name it
Copy the Integration Key from DocuSign
In DocuSign under Service Integration> Generate RSA
NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO GENERATE THESE ONCE FOR VIEWING SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR WINDOW OPENED UNTIL THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE KEY IS COPIED TO THE WB PLATFORM
Paste each key into WB Platform
In DocuSign click ‘Add URI’ and input your WB domain URL
In DocuSign click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page
Navigate to the Wealthblock platform and click ‘Connect my Docusign Account’
NOTE: YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO A REQUEST PAGE, SELECT ‘ACCEPT’, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED BACK TO YOUR PLATFORM
The platform will look like this once a successful integration is completed
