We have an examples of several email templates you may need to utilize if you have Reg-CF offers on your platform: 

1. Notice of Early Completion

Hello, 

The offering you invested in on PLATFORM, ISSUER, has reached its target and will close early. 

The new, anticipated deadline of the offering is DATE.

Please note that you can cancel your investment commitment at any time up to 48 hours before the offering deadline, for any reason. You can cancel your investment in ISSUER until DATE.

The team at ISSUER will continue to accept investments until the new deadline, including the 48 hours prior to that new deadline.

2. Notice of Reconfirmation

Dear NAME,

There has been a material change to the offering you invested in on PLATFORM, ISSUER: X

You can view all filings made by the issuer with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to this offering by clicking HERE.

Your action below IS REQUIRED in order to keep your investment.

Per Rule 304(b) of Regulation Crowdfunding, you now have five (5) business days to re-confirm your investment. After reviewing the offering again, you must click here within 5 days otherwise your investment will be cancelled.
