If you have admin team members that only require access to specific investor accounts, you can assign a List to the user in the platform to scope their view.
In this article we will be addressing how to assign Accounts from your account directory to admins on your internal team.
To do so:
- Select Accounts from the left menu
- Use the Filter menu to choose a filter that best applies to the situation
- For example, perhaps your admin only needs access to investors who have investments in a specific offer
- Alternatively, use the checkboxes to manually select the investors individually
- Click Your Lists
- Choose Save filter as a new dynamic list
- You will have the option to name your list, and assign it to a member of your admin team
