Integrations: Issuer BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) Application (Connecting an offer to Brassica, Brassica ACH, Custody Accounts)

Modified on Thu, Jun 26 at 3:21 PM

Once your platform has BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) enabled, any issuers you are working with will need to submit an application to Brassica to connect their offer on your platform.

The BitGo application process for issuers requires KYB approval before the offer can be opened.

To submit an application, the first step you will need to take is to have the issuer fill out all required fields and upload all supporting documents in their issuer account.

To do so (as an issuer):

  1. The issuer must log into the platform
  2. They can click My Account at the top of the page to be redirected to their account
  3. Fill in all required fields
  4. Upload supporting documents
  5. Save

To do so (as an admin):

  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Expand the Filters menu
  3. Either search for the issuer account name, or filter for issuer accounts
  4. Click into the account
  5. Fill in all required fields
  6. Upload supporting documents
  7. Save

Next, the application within the offer will need to be completed.

To do so:

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Expand the Brassica menu
  3. Follow all the prompts to complete the details and sign required documents

Once BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) completes their review of the issuer and of the offer, they will approve it on their side.  If approved, the offer will be connected successfully.
