Fine-Tune Offer Access (Allow List, Deny List, Referrals)

Modified on Wed, Jul 9 at 11:55 AM

In addition to the broader offer status, you can further refine investor access to any offer using lists created in your CRM.

To do so:

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Click into the offer you would like to update, or click Add Offer
  3. Choose Access on the left
  4. Use the drop-down menus for Allow Lists or Deny Lists to choose from your created lists
    • For more information on creating lists, click here
  5. Use the Allow referrals of users who have access checkbox to give investors the option to extend access to users they refer to the platform
  6. Use the Allow non-accredited investors checkbox to give access to investors without accreditation status
NOTE: Non-accredited investors are disallowed by default.  If you are not requiring investors to select their accreditation status during their initial sign up, your offers will not be available to them until you check this box.
  7. Click Save Changes

Investors will only see offers where they are on the Allow List.  You can create multiple versions of the same offer, and use Allow Lists to control which offers an investor can see.  For example, you can have a US and International version of the same offer, and have lists governing which investors can access them based on their location.

If you need to customize what is displayed to different investors within an offer:

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Expand the Display menu
  3. Use the gear icon to view the settings on any tab within your offer
  4. Add any restrictions needed

NOTE: To customize even further, you can add restrictions to specific page elements or specific files you add to the offer
