In addition to the broader offer status, you can further refine investor access to any offer using lists created in your CRM.
To do so:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click into the offer you would like to update, or click Add Offer
- Choose Access on the left
- Use the drop-down menus for Allow Lists or Deny Lists to choose from your created lists
- For more information on creating lists, click here
- Use the Allow referrals of users who have access checkbox to give investors the option to extend access to users they refer to the platform
- Use the Allow non-accredited investors checkbox to give access to investors without accreditation status
- Click Save Changes
If you need to customize what is displayed to different investors:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click the menu in the right corner of an offer to Clone Offer
- In each of the two offers, take the following steps:
- Make any required edits
- Choose Access on the left
- Use the drop-down menu for Allow Lists
- Select one list of investors on one offer, and a second list on your cloned offer
- Investors on each list will only see the version of the offer they have been allowed to view
- Click Save Changes
