Update platform policy and terms (Terms and Conditions, Privacy)

By default, we provide all white-label partners with a white-labeled version of our website terms & conditions and privacy policy users must agree to when signing up for the platform.

 
You can replace the default policies with your own, or customize what is available.




To edit, add, or replace policies: 

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Choose Policies
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select a Policy Type
  5. Add your policy into the text editor
    • Any text added will replace any existing policies
      • If you would like to edit the default policies, you can access them from the Sign Up page 
      • Alternatively, you can access them by adding /agreements/privacy or /agreements/terms to the end of your platform URL
  6. Click Update Terms of Use or Update Privacy Policy
  7. Click Update Platform
