Authorize the Platform to Send Emails from Your Domain (Engagement, Email Campaign, Investor Communication)

After you link your domain to the WB platform, emails can be sent from email addresses using @yourdomain.  Our provider, Mailchimp/Mandrill, needs to verify that you have access to any email address at your domain

To authorize sending emails directly from the platform:

• During the Onboarding process, we will share DNS records that you will need to add to your domain provider
• There are specific records to authorize emails, and once you have added them, please confirm with the Onboarding team

Once the DNS records are in place:

The platform is ONLY authorized to send emails from your verified @yourdomain.  When creating an email, the From Email field must be a @yourdomain email.

You will need to be sure that the From Email Address field has been updated in your Email Settings:

As the platform sets the From Email to that of the logged in user by default, it is best to add @yourdomain email as an admin and use that moving forward.
