Authorize the platform to send emails from your domain (Engagement, Email Campaign, Investor Communication)

After you link your domain to the WB platform, emails can be sent from email addresses using @yourdomain.  Our provider, Mailchimp/Mandrill, needs to verify that you have access to any email address at your domain

To authorize sending emails directly from the platform:

1. Please send an email address that Mailchimp/Mandrill can use for verification to platform.onboarding@wealthblock.ai 
2. Check your inbox for an email from Mailchimp/Mandrill that looks like this:
   
    
3. Once received, please forward this email to platform.onboarding@wealthblock.ai 

Best Practice:

The platform is ONLY authorized to send emails from your verified @yourdomain.  When creating an email, the From Email field must be a @yourdomain email.

As the platform sets the From Email to that of the logged in user by default, it is best to add @yourdomain email as an admin and use that moving forward.
