Creating an Offer: Offer Details

The Offer Details page can be built out to display the information users will need to understand the offer and proceed with investing.


This article will cover: 




To access the Offer Details:

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Click into the offer you would like to update, or click Add Offer
  3. Choose the Offer Details tab

  

Hero Images and Logos


You can start customizing your offer by adding a hero image and a logo.  To do so, simply click on the camera icon and search your computer for an image



Page Elements


To add elements to your Offer Details page, you can click the plus icon.  



This will bring up a menu of options you can select from to:

  1. Add Content
    • What will be displayed on the page
      • For example: Images
  2. Choose a Design
    • How your content will be displayed on the page
      • For example: Image width and alignment
  3. Update Access
    • Who can view the content displayed on the page
      • Everyone
      • Users who are signed in
      • Users on a selected list

Once elements have been added, you can Edit, Duplicate, Remove, or Re-Order them as needed.



Element Types


  • Text: Adding text can provide investors will important information about the offer in paragraph form
    • You can also use text to divide your page into sections with individual headers
  • Visuals: Display details in creative ways that make it easy to highlight facts or figures, by adding visuals such as: 
    • Images
    • Videos
    • Tiles
    • Data Tables / Charts
  • PDFs/Decks: Uploading a PDF or Deck allows investors to scroll through any materials you have already put together
    • If your documents have multiple pages, you can display all or prompt the investor to page through to better record what an investor has viewed
  • HTML: Using HTML allows for further customization of your page layout and page elements


NOTE: When making updates to an offer, an auto-save function will kick in after 10 minutes of inactivity.  Any changes made prior will be saved.
