Emails sent to investors when new transactions are created in your platform can be customized, to add details required by FINRA.
To edit the content of transaction emails:
- Select Engagement from the left menu
- Click Email
- Choose Platform Emails
- Click Transactions
- Select Transaction Created
- Edit the content of the email sent to the investor
- Click Save
