Integration: ACHQ/Straddle (ACH, Payments, Payment Method)

Our latest integration with ACHQ will now provide platforms with preferred pricing. 

NOTE: Purchase requirement for integration requires the 'Full API' pricing tier.  ACHQ only provides ACH services.  If you are interested in both ACH and CC, you may want to consider a combination of both ACHQ and North Capital.  Please feel free to submit a ticket through our Support Portal for more details. WealthBlock Preferred Pricing

To start an application with ACHQ:

1. Select Platform from the left menu
2. Click Settings
3. Choose the Integrations tab
4. Use the toggle to enable ACHQ Integration
5. Click Register for an ACHQ account
   • Once you have an account open with ACHQ, you will receive the necessary keys to enter on the platform

To complete the integration: 

1. Select Platform from the left menu
2. Click Settings
3. Choose the Integrations tab
   
4. Select Connect Existing ACHQ Account
5. Enter the following details:
   • Merchant ID
   • Merchant Gate ID
   • Merchant Gate Key
6. Click Connect My ACHQ Account
7. Click Update Platform
   
   

To update your offers:

1. Select Offers from the left menu
2. Click into the offer you would like to update
3. Choose Investor Flow on the left
4. Click the gear icon on the Payment Method step
5. Use the checkbox to Enable ACH
6. Select the option for ACHQ
7. Click Save
8. Click Save Changes
