Fortress Integration (Escrow Account, Blockchain, Tokenization)

WealthBlock now has an integration with Fortress, a Web3 infrastructure company supporting over 200 types of blockchain assets, as well as fiat and securities, including NFTs minted on Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana.  Through this partnership, clients of WealthBlock can seamlessly access tokenization, crypto-fiat payment, escrow, and alt-asset custody services powered by Fortress via the WealthBlock platform.

To get started, you will need to reach out to Fortress to set up an account.  Please feel free to contact them for details, and mention that you are a WealthBlock client.


Once you receive your credentials, you can get start using Fortress.  There are several steps that will need to be completed to enable Fortress: 



Integration Toggle


The first step is to turn on the integration in the platform. 


To do so: 

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Choose Integrations 
  3. Use the toggle to enable Fortress
  4. Enter the keys provided
  5. Click Update Platform





Connect Offer


Next, you will need to connect your offer to Fortress.


To do so: 

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Click into the offer you would like to connect to Fortress
  3. Choose the new menu item for Fortress on the left
  4. Fill in all required fields
  5. Click Connect to Fortress



Once your offer is connected successfully, you will be able to see the escrow balance in the offer: 



Payment Method


The final step is to enable Fortress on the Payment Method step of your Investor Flow.


To do so: 


  1. Choose Investor Flow from your offer menu
  2. Click the gear icon on the Payment Method step of the flow
  3. Use the checkbox to Enable ACH
  4. Select Fortress under ACH Settings
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Save Changes on your offer
