Your WB platform features a powerful, tightly integrated dataroom. In addition to easily controlling document access, all investor interactions within the dataroom are collected and analyzed to help you better target the right investors.
To add documents to your offers:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click into the offer you would like to update, or click Add Offer
- Click into the Documents tab
- Click Add Folder
- Here you will see the toggle to Upload a folder
- You can upload an existing folder if you have one saved on your computer
- Uploading a folder will add all files within the folder to the offer
- If you do not have have an existing folder, you can create one
- Naming the folder and saving will create a new folder in the offer

- Click the green document icon to add any additional files to your folder
- To show a document inline (i.e. show it in your screen without downloading), use a PDF instead of Word
- For documents like NDA, General Disclosure, it's best to use PDF

To add restrictions on files or folders:
Restrictions can be added to individual documents or entire folders. There are options available to hide files from users based on completed E-Sign steps, completed KYC steps, lists, or profile requirements. Files can remain hidden based on the selected criteria, or display after it has been met.
You can add a restriction when uploading a new file, or to an existing file by clicking on the pencil icon.
To organize files or folders:
If you need to re-order files or folders, you can click the Sort icon. This will allow you to drag and drop the documents into the preferred order.
Additional functions:
- Allow Download
- Users can download files from the platform if this is selected
- You will have the ability to track which files have been downloaded
- Users can download files from the platform if this is selected
- Show All Pages
- This option will display all pages of a file to the user at once, instead of prompting users to click through
- If tracking user activity on specific pages of a document, this option should not be selected

- Hide
- Documents will not be visible to any users if this is selected
