You can utilize the platform to monitor user activities on documents you have uploaded. There are two places in your offer where documents can be added:
Offer Details
You can include PDFs or decks to your Offer Details. To ensure you are able to track user activity, you can:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click the offer you would like to update
- Select the Offer Details tab
- Use the plus icon to add a new section
- Choose PDF/Deck
- Use the Display Type drop-down menu to select:
- Show Next /Prev on Hover
- Always Show Next / Prev
- Show All Pages
- Any of these options will allow you to monitor which users are viewing which pages and for how long
NOTE: Show Thumbnail will only allow you to track user downloads

You can also upload files to the Documents tab of your offer. For more information on adding Documents, click here.
