Documents can be added to investor accounts individually, or in bulk.
Individual Upload:
- Used when documents are unique to a single account, and should not be shown to any users outside of that account
Bulk Upload:
- Used when documents are relevant to users belonging to multiple accounts

To upload files to individual accounts:
- Select Accounts from the left menu
- Choose the account where the document should be uploaded
- Click into the Documents tab
- Click Add Folder
- Here you will see the toggle to Upload a folder
- You can upload an existing folder if you have one saved on your computer
- Uploading a folder will add all files within the folder to the account
- If you do not have have an existing folder, you can create one
- Naming the folder and saving will create a new folder in the account
- Folders can be customized to add restrictions, allow downloads, or add related offers
- Adding restrictions: When you add a restriction to a document, the investor will need to take an action before they are able to view the file
- For example, they may need to request access from the admin users
- Allowing downloads: Allowing an investor to download a folder will let them download all files in the folder
- Related offers: When you select a related offer, any documents pulled into the investor's accounts from the offer, as well as any E-Sign Documents an investor has signed for the offer, will be organized into the folder
- Adding restrictions: When you add a restriction to a document, the investor will need to take an action before they are able to view the file
- Here you will see the toggle to Upload a folder
- Click the green document icon to add any additional files to your folder
- Individual files can also be customized to add restrictions, allow downloads, or add related offers
