While you can design your Investor Flow easily with WB platform's supported modules, here's an example for your reference.

The following steps have been added to this flow:

  • Review PDF Document: Prompts the investor to acknowledge that they have reviewed required documents before investing (for example, a PPM)
  • Complete Custom Offer Form: Prompts the investor to provide offer-specific information before they can proceed with an investment
    • Optional
    • For more information, click here
  • Complete Account (KYC) Form: Collects personal identifying information and supporting files required to kick off a Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering check

  • Accreditation: Allows the user to select their accreditation status, and upload supported files if needed
    • For more information on accreditation, click here
  • E-Sign Subscription: Prompts the investor to sign any required forms (for example, a subscription document) electronically within the platform
  • Manual Approval: Allows platform administrators to approve transactions before the investor can continue to the payment screen.
    • Optional
    • You can use the inline editor to customize your system message, letting the investor know approval is pending

  • Payment Method: Prompts the investor to select a payment method and/or submit payment
