Update an offer Investor Flow (Investor Steps, Investor Requirements)

The Investor Flow allows you to configure the steps an investor must take to complete an investment on each available offer, as well as the call to action buttons along the way.




To do so: 

  1. Select Offers from the left menu
  2. Click into an available offer, or click Add Offer
  3. Choose Investor Flow
  4. You will see that steps have been added by default, such as:
    • Complete Account (KYC) Form: Collects personal identifying information required to kick off a Know Your Customer check
    • Accreditation: Allows the user to select their accreditation status, and upload supported files if needed
    • E-Sign Document: Our integration with HelloSign makes it seamless for your investors to sign any required documents directly in the platform
  5. To include additional steps, click Add Investment Step 
  6. To remove existing steps, click the X
  7. Some steps allow for additional configuration, which you can complete using the gear icon
  8. Click Save Changes
