How can I change the platform logo used in an Email Template? (Branding, Email Customization)

The logo that appears in the email editor is taken from the logo uploaded to your platform.  


To update your platform logo: 

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Choose Theme Settings
  4. Click Change file under Platform Logo
  5. Your new logo will appear in the email editor



To use your logo in Email Templates:

  1. Select Engagement from the left menu
  2. Click Email
  3. Click Email Templates
  4. Choose Add a New Email Template
  5. Use the Email Template drop-down menu to choose your logo display
  6. Alternatively, if you prefer a more customized template, you have the ability to use custom HTML
