Modified on Thu, Mar 10, 2022 at 12:29 PM

If you need to review user login attempts to assist users having issues or to review user activity, you can do so directly in your platform.

To access user login attempts:

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Click Login Attempts
  3. You will see users who have accessed the platform, listed by email and IP address
  4. You can filter by status
    • Success: A user accessed the platform successfully

    • Bad Password: A user attempted to log in to the platform using an incorrect password

    • Missing User: A user who is not yet associated with an account has attempted to log in to the platform
      • This could also indicate that a user has tired to login using an email address that has not been added to the platform

    • Max Login Attempts: A user has entered in the incorrect credentials the maximum number of times

    • User Disabled: A user who has been disabled has attempted to log in to the platform
      • Admins have the ability to disable users to prohibit them from accessing the platform

    • Expired Token: A user has attempted to use an expired link that was previously shared with them (secure or anonymous)

    • Two Factor Auth Failed: A user has entered the incorrect code sent to them via Google / Microsoft Authenticator

    • Secure Link: A user has used a secure link to access the platform

    • Anonymous Link: A user has used an anonymous link to access the platform
