If you need to review user login attempts to assist users having issues or to review user activity, you can do so directly in your platform.
To access user login attempts:
- Select Platform from the left menu
- Click Login Attempts
- You will see users who have accessed the platform, listed by email and IP address
- You can filter by status
- Success: A user accessed the platform successfully
- Bad Password: A user attempted to log in to the platform using an incorrect password
- Missing User: A user who is not yet associated with an account has attempted to log in to the platform
- This could also indicate that a user has tired to login using an email address that has not been added to the platform
- This could also indicate that a user has tired to login using an email address that has not been added to the platform
- Max Login Attempts: A user has entered in the incorrect credentials the maximum number of times
- User Disabled: A user who has been disabled has attempted to log in to the platform
- Admins have the ability to disable users to prohibit them from accessing the platform

- Expired Token: A user has attempted to use an expired link that was previously shared with them (secure or anonymous)
- Two Factor Auth Failed: A user has entered the incorrect code sent to them via Google / Microsoft Authenticator
- Secure Link: A user has used a secure link to access the platform
- Anonymous Link: A user has used an anonymous link to access the platform
- Success: A user accessed the platform successfully
- You can also filter by date
- Click Export to download
