How can an investor provide a long response in a form field? (Form Fields, Add Field, Multi-Line Text)

Different form field types can allow investors to provide required information in various formats.  If an investor needs to supply a block of text in a single field, the best option would be to use a Multi-Line Text Input field.

To add a Multi-Line Text Input field, follow the steps below: 

1. Select Platform from the left menu
2. Click Forms
3. Click into any available form
   • For example: Individual Investor - Account 
4. Click Add New Field
5. Under the Basic Fields section, select Multi-Line Text Input
   •  If needed, use the Size icon to adjust the width of the field
6. Click Save
