We're migrating templates from our default provider, HelloSign/Dropbox, to WealthSign. Your HelloSign/Dropbox templates will work until 12/21/24, after 12/21/23, modifications won't be supported.

General FAQ's: 

Q: How do I find WealthSign?

A: You can find WealthSign on both the Platform > Documents > Edit E-Sign>  Create E-Sign  AND under Manage Offers > Investor Flow > E-Sign > Add E-Sign > Create

Q: Where is the pink/red Sender field?

A: You will no longer require a sender field in our template creation, instead use the Variable assignment to select which data point you would like to display to your end user. 

Q: Do I still need to create multiple templates based on the role types needed in my subscription document?

A: You will no longer need to maintain multiple templates in the system for the various roles that are in your subscription document. See our Features and Highlights section for more information. 

Q: Why do I need to use WealthSign?

A: Our support for HelloSign will end December 2023.

Q: Who can I ask for a review of my WealthSign Template?

A: Submit your review request through the Support Portal with the subject 'WealthSign Review' and we will process the review in 1-4 business days.

Master Template Optimization

With the WealthSign feature, you will no longer be asked to create unique templates per Investor Role/Type. Instead, you will manage all scenarios in one master template that will dynamically display to the end user fields that are relevant to them only. 

For Example: I as an Admin, have a situation where my Subscription document has one area of questions/fields that are unique to an Entity or LLC which do not apply to an Individual Investor. With WealthSign you can now highlight specific areas of the template to designate the role or unique account list.

Adding New Form Fields on the Go

As part of our effort to streamline your template creation, the option to quickly add fields that may not already be part of your platform is available through the WealthSign interface. 

Go to WealthSign Template Manager > Select the fields or group highlight the fields you would like to add > Select "Edit Forms' > Select the relevant form location for the question > Add > Map

Artificial Intelligence on WealthSign

Upon uploading your templates our AI will automatically detect where there are fields requiring mapping as well as provide suggestions for your review on which variable key to use. These suggestion fields can be modified and accepted by clicking into the grey striped fields.
