How can a required field be added to the investor signup process? (Account Setup, New Investor, Required Field)

If an investor needs to supply specific information at the time they are signing up to the platform for the first time, fields can be added to the Account Setup Form.


To add a fields to the Account Setup Form, follow the steps below: 

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Click Forms
  3. Click available form
    • For example: Individual Investor - Account 
  4. Click Add Field or click to edit an existing field
  5. Use the checkbox to select Add to Account Setup Form
    •  If needed, use the Required toggle to make the field required
  6. Click Save
