User activity can be exported from the platform in two places:
Investor Journey:
Downloading the Investor Journey will allow you to view offer-specific investor activity, including total investments and email engagement.
To do so:
- Select Engagement from the left menu
- Click View Investor Journey on any available offer
- Click Export Data
Accounts List:
By selecting the list view and customizing columns, specific details about a user and their platform activities can be downloaded from the CRM.
To do so:
- Select Accounts from the left menu
- Use the List option on the top right
- Open the Customize Columns drop-down menu to add data
- Click the Download icon
- Export All or use the checkboxes on each account to Export Selected
