Can I export or download user activity info? (Investor Journey, List, CRM)

User activity can be exported from the platform in two places: 

Investor Journey:

Downloading the Investor Journey will allow you to view offer-specific investor activity, including total investments and email engagement.

To do so: 

1. Select Engagement from the left menu
2. Click Insights
3. Click Export Data next to any offer
   
   

Accounts:

By selecting the list view and customizing columns, specific details about a user and their platform activities can be downloaded from the CRM.

To do so: 

1. Select Accounts from the left menu
2. Open the Views drop-down menu to add data points
3. Click the Export button
4. Export All or use the checkboxes on each account to Export Selected
