How do I remove a contact from drip campaign or automatic emails? (Opt-Out, Unsubscribe)

If a user no longer wants to receive emails from the platform or from an active campaign, you can adjust their settings.


To prevent any platform emails from being sent to a user:

  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Search for the account associated with the user
  3. Click into the account
  4. Choose the Users tab
  5. Click Manage in the Notifications column next to the user's email address


If users have been added to more than one account, they will have the option to opt-out of bulk marketing emails at the Account or Global level.  Opting out for just one account, or specific accounts, will allow them to receive bulk emails on their additional accounts.  Opting out globally will prevent bulk emails sent to any of their accounts.





To prevent automatic emails from being sent to a user:

  1. Search for the account associated with the user
  2. Click into the account
  3. Choose the Engagement tab
  4. Confirm which campaigns the user has been included in, and the stage of the Investor Journey
  5. Select Engagement from the left menu
  6. Click Offers
  7. Locate an offer listed on the Engagement tab
  8. Click View Investor Journey
  9. Select the stage listed on the Engagement tab
  10. Click the menu to the right of the user
  11. Choose Opt out of Bulk and Auto Emails
