How do I check the status of an email campaign? (Marketing, Drip Campaign, Email Statistics)

You can view emails that have been sent to, opened by, or clicked on by your investors during your email campaigns on the Engagement page of the platform.


To navigate to your campaigns:

  1. Select Engagement from the left menu
  2. Click List Campaigns or Insights 


The campaign may be associated with the Link Landing Page you chose on the email:

  • When choosing Marketplace, your campaign will appear under the General category


     

     
  • If you selected an Offer, your campaign will be shown under the corresponding Investor Journey
    • You will also see any of your automated messages under the relevant stage of the Investor Journey




Alternatively, your campaign  be associated with a List:


  • If you started an Account List Campaign, you will find your campaigns displayed under the corresponding menu



To review your statistics:


  1. Select any campaign to expand it, or any stage of the Investor Journey
  2. Clicking into a campaign will display additional details, such as: 
    • Subject line
    • Recipient 
    • Emails sent
    • Emails opened
    • Last sent
    • Created
    • Content

       
  3. Clicking on any of the subject lines will display your email statistics, such as: 
    • Number of clicks
    • Number of opens
    • Location
    • Status
    • Sent date
