How can I send SMS / text messages with Twilio? (Integrations, Engagement, Investor Communication)

Twilio can be used to send SMS / text messages to platform users.

To integrate your platform with Twilio: 

1. Select Platform from the left menu
2. Click Settings
3. Choose Integrations
4. Provide the following Twilio details under Enable Text Messaging Via Twilio:
   • Account SID
   • Twilio Auth Token
   • Twilio Phone number
5. Click Update Platform

To send a message to a user: 

1. Select Accounts from the left menu
2. Click the checkboxes on the accounts you would like to contact
3. Choose Engage Selected
4. Select Send SMS
5. Update the content to be sent
6. click Send
