How can an investor re-submit a payment that has been rejected? (Payment Declined, Rejected Payment)

When an investor has attempted to make a payment that has been Rejected, they will have the option to re-submit their payment with an updated payment method.


To do so:


  1. The investor will need to log in to their account
  2. They will click Portfolio at the top of the page
  3. They can choose the Transaction History tab
  4. They will see a pencil icon that they can use to edit any transactions in Rejected status
