How can I generate a subscription agreement that includes investor details without requiring a signature? (E-Sign, Sub Doc, Investor Flow, Preview)

If you need to prompt an investor to generate a subscription agreement that includes their details, but would like them to sign the document at another time, you have the option to allow the investor to Skip Signing During Investor Flow.

To do so: 

1. Select Offers from the left menu
2. Click into any offer
3. Choose Investor Flow
4. Click the gear icon on the E-Sign Document step
5. Check the box to Skip Signing During Investor Flow
6. Click Save Changes
   
   

Once the investor reaches this step of the flow, the E-Sign Document will be generated without any signatures.  It will be populated with any data that the investor has provided during the flow, and that have been added to your template as Sender (pink) fields.

Platform Admin users will have the ability to Preview any unsigned E-Sign Documents in investor accounts.

To do so: 

1. Select Accounts from the left menu
2. Click into any investor account
3. Choose the Documents tab
4. Click the icon on the E-Sign card to Preview

If any edits need to be made, the admin user can update the corresponding data in the investor's account.  

For example:

• An investor has a field in their Forms to collect information from them
  
  
  
• The investor has filled in this data during the Investor Flow
• The information is stored in their account
  
  

• A Sender (pink) field has been added to the E-Sign Template to populate this data
  
  
  
  
• The Preview will display the populated data
  
  
  
  
• If the admin needs to make a change, they would edit the information in the investor's account
  
  
  
• The Preview will be regenerated with the new information when the admin returns to view it

Once the Preview has been approved and updated (if needed), the admin would alert the investor that they can sign the document.
