How do I check if someone received my email? (Accounts, Engagement, Email Activity)

You can monitor emails sent to specific Accounts on the account Engagement page.


To do so:

  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Click into the account you would like to check
  3. Choose the Engagement tab
  4. View a list of emails received by the users in that account
  5. Click on any line item to view the content of the email sent
  6. Click View Campaigns to see any email campaigns the account has been included in
  7. Use the Filter by drop-down menus to refine the list of emails sent
  8. Clicking Export will download the list as a .csv file



Alternatively, you can also check the status of an email campaign.
