CRM Account View: Customize fields and export contacts (Column Modification, Form Fields, Import)

When reviewing your CRM (Accounts page), the WB portal offers numerous customizations to fit your workflow and data needs. 


You can add any available form field as a new column, as well as export all information shown. Remember that you also have the ability to customize the available form fields.


To customize your view: 


  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Choose whether you would like to view a list of Users or Accounts
    • Data can be associated with an Account or with specific Users on the account
      • For example: You may have an Account with three different Users, and you can use the User view to see details about each of them


  3. Use the Views drop-down menu to select any data points that you would like to add to your view
    • Any columns that will display User data will be noted
      • For example: Phone # (User)


Once you have added all the columns you need, you may want to save or download the data that is displayed.


To save your view:


  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Click Views
  3. Click Create a View
  4. Name your view
  5. Save


To export your view: 


  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Use the checkboxes to choose the line items you would like to export, or click Select All Accounts
  3. Click the cloud icon to either Export Selection or Export All
