How do you add an issuer account? (Account Management, Adding Issuer Type)

The Issuer Account type is associated with any offers available on your platform.
  

To add a new Issuer: 

  1. Select Accounts from the left menu
  2. Click Add Account
  3. Choose Issuer from the drop-down menu
  4. Provide: 
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Company Name
  5. Click Save Account



Users added to the Issuer Account can log in to manage offers and view transactions.  If additional users need to be added to the account, click here for more information.

  • The Primary user in the account will receive a copy of offer-specific Activity Notifications via email
    • For more information on setting up notifications, click here


Users added to Issuer Accounts can only see the offer's traction analytics. They are able to see funnels and total numbers of investors in their offers, as well as each investor's name. They cannot click further into an investor's details to see personal information such as address, birth date, phone, etc.


If you would like to prevent issuers from seeing investor names as well, please submit a ticket through the Support Portal to turn name viewing off for your platform.


To give issuers access to investor data, you can add them as admin users. Please note that they might see sensitive information.
