How can I review and approve changes to investor accounts? (Audit Updates, Review Account Updates, Approve Account Details)

When investors make changes to their accounts, Admin Users can review and approve those updates.  


To enable this feature: 

  1. Select Platform from the left menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Choose the Features tab
  4. Check the box labeled Enable Account Change Requests
  5. Click Update Platform


Once you enable the feature, you will have the option to add an email address where the requests will be sent.  This address, as well as as the Admin Email Address list will be notified when the changes are made.  



When clicking the button, you will be taken to the account where you can review the changes: 


You will see the option to reject or approve the updates.  If rejected, the investor will be notified and the changes will revert to their previous values.
