Can I remove/change the expiration time of a secure invite link? (Invite Users, Expired Invitations)

The length of time a secure invite link remains valid can be adjusted in your platform.

To do so: 

1. Select Accounts from the left menu
2. Click the Settings gear
3. Expand the Access and Security menu
4. Update the Secure Invite Expiration Time (in minutes)
   • The default expiration is set to 72 hours (4320 minutes)
5. Click Update Settings

If a user's link has expired, they will land on a page allowing them to easily request a new link be emailed to them. Alternatively, they can request to set their account password so they can log in at any time.
