How can I delete an account, but not the users associated? (Remove Account, Linked Users)

In the platform, multiple users can be linked to one account.  Users can be removed from accounts, and added to others.  If an account is no longer needed, it can be deleted.

To delete accounts:

1. Select Accounts from the left menu
2. Click the checkbox on any account you would like to remove
3. Click Engage
4. Choose Delete Accounts
   
   

NOTE: By deleting an account, all associated users will be removed from it.  It is recommended to remove users and add them to new accounts prior to deleting accounts. 

If an account is deleted with a user still attached, you can still sign in as the user.  This will prompt you to create a new account. To prevent a user from ever creating a new account, you can disable the user.
