When creating an E-Sign Template, you now have the option to select how many signers will be expected. This will allow you to assign template fields to different roles.
Example:
This template requires two investor roles to sign off on the subscription document:
Signatures can be assigned to Investor 1 and Investor 2 when creating an E-Sign Document:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click into the Offer you would like to update
- Choose Investor Flow from the left menu
- Select E-Sign Document from the drop-down menu
- Click Add an E-Sign Template
- Choose Create a New E-Sign Template from the drop-down menu
- Use the Are there optional co-subscriber / joint investor fields? drop-down to select Yes
- Once you upload the document, you will see the option to assign to 2 investor signers
- Assign your fields as desired
- This will prompt your investor to complete the assigned fields only
