Keeping PII (Personal Identifying Information) safe is WealthBlock's mission as you begin to onboarding investors into the platform. We have added a secure method of enabling your investors to store their banking information under their Accounts page.
NOTE: This is only an option if you are not currently using any integration or payment provider integrated into the WealthBlock platform. If you have any questions before enabling please submit a ticket through the Support Portal
To Enable:
- Select Platform from the left menu
- Click Settings
- Choose the Features tab
- Use the checkbox to Allow Investors to add Payment Method
- Click Update Platform
For Investors:
- Click My Account at the top of the page
- Select the Payment Method Tab
- Click Add New Payment Method
- Follow Plaid prompts for secure ACH account
- Once successful, the investor will see the following message
