To set up an offer that is using BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) to create/fund custodial accounts, you will want to be sure the following settings are enabled at both the offer and platform level.
Platform Level
The following settings will need to be enabled at the platform level:
- Select Platform from the left menu
- Click Settings
- Choose the Features tab
- Enable Document Verification Check
- BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) KYC requires the investor to upload an identification document
- BitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) KYC requires the investor to upload an identification document
- Require SSN/Tax ID
- BBitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) KYC requires the investor to provide their SSN and Tax ID (if entity)
- BBitGo RWA (formerly Brassica) KYC requires the investor to provide their SSN and Tax ID (if entity)
- Enable Document Verification Check
Offer Level
The following steps/settings can be enabled at the offer level:
- Select Offers from the left menu
- Click into your offer
- Expand the Investor Flow menu
- Add the Complete Account (KYC) Formstep
- This is required to collect the information Brassica needs to run the KYC check

- Add the Create Custodial Account step
- This will take the investor through the account creation process
- This will take the investor through the account creation process
- Enable the setting to Fund Custodial Account under the Payment Method step
- This will ensure the funds are being routed to the investor's custodial account
NOTE: This is only required if your offer has multiple securities. If only one security is available, it is optional.
